TL;DR Rust tokio is the most efficient, while Go scaled linearly and Python just crashed.

I end up using combination of micro.blog for blogging (both micro and macroblogs) and IFTTT for cross-posting to Telegram.
It costs <10$ monthly with only 5 minutes delay for cross-posts.
